1. Account Registration & Security

To access Halal Queue, you must register using a valid, active mobile phone number capable of receiving SMS messages. You agree to provide accurate information and to safeguard your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account.

2. Pre-Orders & Butcher Preparation

Halal Queue facilitates the pre-ordering of fresh meat, poultry, and grocery items from independent halal vendors. When placing an order, you select specific preparation instructions (e.g., cutting styles, skin removal, packaging preferences).

Because whole meats and cuts naturally vary in weight, the total displayed upon order submission represents an estimated price. The final price will be calculated upon weighing and packaging at the store.

3. In-Store Payments

Halal Queue is an ordering and queue-management platform; we do not process in-app credit card payments for meat purchases. All payments are completed directly at the merchant checkout counter upon pickup according to the store’s individual payment methods and policies.

4. Order Modifications & Cancellations

Stores reserve the right to propose modifications if an item is out of stock or requires weight adjustments. You will be notified via app or SMS to accept or decline proposed changes. If you fail to pick up prepared fresh meat orders repeatedly, your account may be suspended.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is fundamental to our platform. Our data practices, including our strict non-sharing guarantee for SMS phone numbers, are detailed in our Privacy Policy. As affirmed therein, no mobile phone information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, One Information Technology LLC and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or inability to use the Services or store fulfillment discrepancies.
